The purpose of this group is to create a space where men can share openly and honestly about their experiences and how they are dealing with difficult life problems. Group therapy provides a unique avenue to foster growth through community. It can show us that we are capable of building community and having healthy connections with others, which can in-turn inspire us to build that into our own lives. Members will strive to be vulnerable, openly share deeper emotional struggles, embrace individuality, and support one another to make difficult changes at a pace each man can tolerate.
